How We Style Floral

Its summer time and the flowers are in full bloom. It seems like the floral trend that started in spring has extended into summer and will spill over into fall. We aren't complaining. There is something feminine and bold about rocking a floral print.

When this skirt made its way into our store we couldn't resist styling this piece.  We paired this look with a denim busier, because its fitted look against the volume of the peplum will emphasize the shape even more. A simple dainty gold cross and cross body bag allow the skirt to be the stand out pieces of this look. The heels in the a neutral color to allow for the attention to remain on the the skirt but still elongate the legs.

How We Style: Denim Overalls

The 90s are back in a big way! The things that we swore we would never wear again, we are desperately searching the internet and ransacking our local resale shops for . One of our favorites has the be the overall trend.  Think of it as a romper or a jumpsuit. Mind you, you should find the pair that works for you!

For this look, we opted for a pair of denim overall shorts, but there are so many different variations that you can use.  The top gives us a the ease of a T Shirt, but the print and material dresses up the look. A statement necklace and nude flats add the element of the unexpected. The necklace is a subdued gold and still has that old vintage feel. The flats make for something comfy, but they are still cute. You can't leave home with out your purse! We paired this look with a bold colored cross body bag. Nothing too over sized and overwhelming.

All these items are under $100 and are from Levine's ( Click the Links or email us for purchase info)!
